Ganga Aarti and Bhajan-Kirtan filled the atmosphere with devotion

Prayagraj: An amazing sight of devotion and faith is being seen in the ten-day Ganga Mahotsav organized at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Ganga worship, Aarti and distribution of Prasad are being done every morning and evening by the Ganga Mahotsav Committee. A huge crowd of devotees gathered at the Ghat during Ganga Aarti on Monday evening. After Aarti, the entire atmosphere became devotional with bhajans and kirtans, due to which the devotees appeared emotional. On Tuesday, after the worship and prayers on Ganga Dussehra, a huge feast has been organized.

Pramod Dubey (Dabbu), coordinator of the Ganga Mahotsav Puja Committee, stated that the ten-day Ganga Dussehra Festival is held annually at Dashashwamedh Ghat. This year, too, a Shivalinga is being constructed and Rudrabhishek is being performed daily. Along with morning and evening aarti and worship of Mother Ganga, prasad is being distributed among the devotees.

He said that a large number of devotees are participating in the Ganga Dussehra festival and worshipping Mother Ganga. The ghat was completely filled with devotees during the Friday evening aarti. Devendra Mishra, Vipin Mishra, Sunil Dubey, Raja Pandey, Upendra Kesharwani, Avan, Urja Kesharwani, Engineer Soumya Kesharwani, Anjani, etc., have contributed significantly to the success of the event.
