Advocates and social workers submitted a memo to ADM City

Prayagraj: On Friday, a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister was submitted to the ADM City under the leadership of senior social worker and advocate Siyaram Saroj, demanding the renaming of the Phaphamau Assembly constituency as Shringaverpurdham. While submitting the memorandum, advocate Siyaram Saroj said that

Phaphamau town falls in the 262 City North Assembly Constituency. Not a single voter from Phaphamau is in the 254 Assembly Constituency. Phaphamau is not located in the 254 Assembly Constituency. Nor is the name of a single voter present in the 254 Assembly Constituency. In such a situation, if the Assembly Constituency has no voters and the name of the place is also missing, then how can that place be called Phaphamau? Saroj said that the name of this Assembly Constituency should be changed to the famous mythological place Shringaverpur Dham so that this Assembly Constituency can get its true identity. Senior advocates Anil Kumar Dwivedi, Manisha, Balram Singh, Mohammad Atiq Ahmed, Ajay Kumar Saroj, Vivek Chandra, Vijay Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Amar Singh Saroj, Jaishankar, Sheshnarayan Tiwari, Ramnaresh, Ram Sajeevan and other advocates were present on this occasion.
