Prayagraj: General Manager and other officers of North Central Railway, all divisions and stations (Headquarters, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Agra, Jhansi) have been informed that it is being brought to your respectful notice with utmost seriousness that the name and official letterhead of North Central Railway Employees Union (UMRKS) is being misused in an unconstitutional, illegal and forged manner by some anti-social, misleading and unauthorized persons. These unauthorized persons are declaring themselves as President, General Secretary, Mandal President and Mandal Minister in a fraudulent and illegal manner and are corresponding with the administration and trying to hold meetings/talks.
Following the legal and constitutional procedures, the Deputy Registrar of Trade Unions and Deputy Labour Commissioner, Prayagraj, has issued the official union valid ‘Form J’ on 06 August 2026. In this registered Form ‘J’, the names of the union’s valid and authorized President Mr. Tej Pal Singh, General Secretary Mr. Rupam Pandey, Organization Minister Mr. Anil Shukla, Executive President Mr. Sanjay Tiwari and other office bearers are clearly mentioned and have been issued by Prayagraj Divisional President Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Divisional Minister Mr. Santosh Sharma, Headquarters Divisional Minister Sabhajit Choubey, Jhansi Divisional President Mr. Awadhesh Saxena, Divisional Minister Mr. Harimohan Sharma’s valid General Secretary and the Factory Division and Agra Division have been dissolved.
Any person other than the one registered in Form J, claiming to be an official, who conducts correspondence or attempts to negotiate in the name of UMRKS, is completely void, fraudulent, and a criminal offense. Any negotiations or proceedings conducted by the administration with such unauthorized individuals will not be valid. Any such fraudulent letter or unauthorized individual/group should be immediately banned. If anyone uses a fraudulent letterhead or attempts to communicate, immediate written information should be given to the authorized General Secretary so that strict legal action can be taken against such fraudulent individuals under fraud, forgery, and other criminal sections.
It is hoped that the Railway Administration will take immediate strict action against the fraudulent and unauthorized interference while respecting the statutory position (Form ‘J’ dated 06 August 2026).
