Appealing for justice to Municipal Commissioner

Prayagraj: A case of conspiracy to evict state-level award-winning Naseema Begum, who is unable to speak or hear, from her own home has come to light. Senior Congress leader Tasleem Uddin has stepped forward to seek justice for the victim. He accompanied Naseema Begum to the Municipal Corporation and presented the entire matter to the Municipal Commissioner.

Naseema Begum, who was honored with a state-level award by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2023, has accused her brother of usurping her house by forging a deed of inheritance/donation. Taking advantage of the victim’s helplessness and disability, attempts are being made to evict her from her own home.

Senior Congress leader Tasleem Uddin spoke out for the helpless and vulnerable woman, demanding a fair investigation and prompt action from the Municipal Commissioner. He made it clear that the violation of the rights of a respected disabled woman would not be tolerated at any cost, and that they would pursue this fight to its logical conclusion at the legal and social levels.
