Prayagraj: The oath-taking and felicitation ceremony of the City Western Traders Federation (Registered) was held amidst cultural programs at Hotel Virasat in Transport Nagar. The newly elected office bearers were sworn in by Civil Defence Chief Warden Anil Kumar Gupta ‘Annu Bhaiya’, VHP Kashi Province President K.P. Singh and Traders Welfare Board member Murari Lal Agarwal. Councilors Kamini Kushwaha, Bhagwan Das, Deepika Patel and Preeti Gupta, Bhajan singer Manoj Gupta were present as special guests at the ceremony.

Welcoming the prominent businessmen of the city who had come on this occasion, President of the Traders Federation, Dhananjay Singh, while emphasizing the unity of the traders, appealed to organize the business community and ensure the social and political participation of the traders. He informed that the City West Traders Federation (Registered) has been formed by organizing a group of more than 20 regional trade boards.
