All India Himalayan Cup Football Tournament

Prayagraj: In the semi-final match of the All India Himalayan Cup Senior Football Competition held today at the college ground in Dharamshala under the aegis of Himachal Pradesh Football Association, Northern Football Academy defeated Venga Boys Football Academy Kullu by 2-0 and entered the final. In the first half of the match, players of both the teams made excellent moves but the defenders and goalkeeper of the opposing team made good saves and the first half remained goalless.

In the second half (58th minute), Northern Football Academy striker Vedant Tripathi scored the first goal, while captain midfielder Harshit Ojha scored the second goal for the team in the 80th minute from Vikrant’s cross, ensuring the team’s victory. In the end, Northern Football Academy won the match 2-0. According to the team’s head coach Indranil Ghosh, the team’s squad is as follows:
