Prayagraj: The second day of the Teacher Professional Development Program, organized by the Cantonment Board School, Prayagraj, was held at Cantt High School, New Cantt, Prayagraj, on Monday. The theme of the program was “From Ordinary Routine to Excellence.” Alpona Dey, Principal, Maharishi Patanjali Vidya Mandir, was the chief guest and speaker on the occasion. She encouraged teachers to transform ordinary tasks into outstanding results through positive changes in daily routines, effective teaching methods, time management, and continuous self-development.

Alpona Dey said that teachers not only educate students, but also play a vital role in shaping their personalities and future. The quality of education can be further improved by adopting innovation, creativity, and a spirit of continuous learning in teaching.

Teachers from various Cantonment Board schools actively participated in the program. The program’s objective is to enhance teachers’ professional skills and make the teaching-learning process more effective, creative, and student-centered. The event is being held from October 5, 2026, to October 9, 2026. School Principal Mohammad Ansar thanked the guests for attending the event.
