Prayagraj: Due to the BJP’s march across various cities, ordinary citizens, businessmen, shopkeepers, students, and working people are facing difficulties such as traffic restrictions, barricades, and route changes. Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, is arriving in various cities; he is welcome. In a democratic system, everyone has the right to organize their own events. But the question is: why are the busiest and main market areas of cities being chosen for these marches? Can’t alternative routes be chosen for these events, where public movement and business activities are not affected? Leaders’ programs have their place, but the convenience of the general public, the employment of businessmen, and the education of students are equally important.
And the biggest question: when the BJP is in power at the center and in many states, then from whom is the “Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy” march being undertaken to save democracy and remove the anarchy spread by whom? The people of the country want to know the answers to these questions. In a democracy, the people are paramount, and public convenience must be prioritized, opined Parvez Akhtar Ansari, National Secretary, Minority Department, AICC, In-charge of West Bengal.
