Bhadohi, Gyanpur: In Gyanpur tehsil of Bhadohi district, a retired lekhpal is encroaching upon the land of farmers in connivance with a mafia Vijay Mishra gang. Administrative officers are not taking action against his misdeeds. The land is not being vacated from his possession.
A farmer of ten biswas is enjoying himself by illegally occupying twenty bighas of government land. This retired accountant, who prepared fake papers of the lands of Panchayat Bhawan, Gram Samaj, Kanya Pathshala, sports public pond etc. and registered them in his father’s name, has spread terror in the entire area. It is said that this accountant is associated with the mafia gang and occupies the lands of the poor on the strength of the terror of the mafia. The earnings from illegal occupation reach everyone’s share. He also supplies all illegal things for the mafia. He threatens those farmers who do not give their land on his orders. He threatens to take it away. He occupies people’s land by challenging them. On one hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is giving speeches daily that strict action will be taken against land mafias. Illegal occupations will be removed from their lands. But here the opposite is happening. The retired Lekhpal, with the help of present Lekhpal Sarvesh Shukla and Kanungo Indu Tiwari, is blatantly occupying the lands of poor innocent people.
Former accountant Kamla Shankar Mishra has all the land records of Gyanpur tehsil. He has made a separate account for them. By identifying the land of poor and weak people in that account, accountant Sarvesh Shukla prepares fake papers with the help of law officer Indu Tiwari. He gets his name registered in the Khasra Khatauni and occupies the land. How did he get several bighas of land? His father also had ten Vishwas of land. From where did he get so much wealth? Therefore, if an investigation is conducted, the whole matter can be exposed.
A living example of its atrocities is that the land of Mallu, a Dalit who is handicapped in both eyes, has been encroached upon, in the land of Sharda Prasad etc., the name of someone else has been registered, some area has been reduced in size, and a fake case has been filed in some area,
And by doing fake typing, he got all the land registered in his father’s name by forming an institution. Now after getting the land registered in his father’s name etc., he captured all the lands. He has captured many such lands also, whose dispute is pending in the High Court and District Court. He has spread a terrible terror in the entire Gyanpur tehsil. Due to his terror, even the officers do not take any action quickly.
These corrupt people who earn crores of rupees through bribery and corruption have spread their racket in the entire Gyanpur tehsil. Many people are involved in this racket. Why are the officials of Gyanpur not taking action against this racket. This is a matter of great surprise. People also say that when the District Magistrate has ordered that the land occupied by land mafias should be removed. Then why is the occupation of Kamla Shankar Mishra not being removed from the lands which have been occupied by former Lekhpal Kamla Shankar Mishra. He has started earning through unethical activities by opening private schools, colleges and inter colleges by occupying government land. By deceiving the officials of the Education Department and the Secondary Education Council, he has also obtained fake recognition. Despite there being no land registry in the name of the school, he prepared fake documents and got recognition in it despite there being no land in the name of the school, which is fraud with the Education Department.
This mafia has spread terror in the entire Gyanpur tehsil through its corruption and bribery. People have said that if no action is taken against it, a memorandum will be given to the Chief Minister.
