Demands Strict Action from CM via Letter

Prayagraj: The assault on Ruhi Paul, Principal of Faizabad Methodist Inter College, during a church event has been branded as “goondagardi” (hooliganism) by the Masihi Jagriti Manch. The forum has shot off a letter to the Chief Minister demanding stringent action against the perpetrators. The letter was penned by Jaswant Daniel. To respond to the incident, the Masihi Jagriti Manch held an emergency meeting at its office in Priya Garden, Rajapur, chaired by Michael Daniel. Sources within the forum allege that the attack was orchestrated by the unconstitutional Church Pastorate Committee formed by Bishop. Jugal Massey of the Youth Wing stated, “First Prayagraj, now Faizabad—assaults on women principals are condemnable.” Attendees included Riya Samuel, Amit Singh, Uday Pratap Singh, JD George, RK Singh, Abhishek Singh, Anita Haq, among others.
