Fatima Welfare Society sets up sherbet stall
Prayagraj: The days of Ramadan are gradually decreasing, and Eid is approaching. While the markets at Roshan Bagh Chowk, Katra Kotha Parkha, and Civil Lines remain open until midnight, thronged with shoppers, the Roshan Bagh market is bustling day and night. The nearly one-kilometer stretch from Khuldabad More to Atala More, with permanent shops, is teeming with shops. The footpaths of every shop, house, and street are selling everything from kurta pyjamas, shirts, pants, jeans, shoes, slippers, bedsheets, pillow covers, cosmetics, melamine utensils, vermicelli sets, curtains, dastarkhwans, children’s toys, watches, clips, clutches, and thousands of other items are available at affordable prices at Roshan Bagh, attracting a large number of shoppers from both the city and rural areas.
In view of the crowds and heat, the social organization Fatma Welfare Society serves Rooh Afza and lemon sherbet to passersby and shoppers every day at Roshan Bagh Market. It is going on. Dr. Naaz Fatma, Dr. Niharika Kesarwani, Dr. Vishwadeep Kesarwani, Managing Director Amit Yadav, Dr. Jamshed Ali, Dr. Naved Sheikh are earning merit by serving sherbet to people with their own hands. Dr. Naaz Fatma, Director of Fatma Welfare Society, says that there is no service greater than serving humanity. Every day we provide Iftaari and dinner to the fasting people and the peace and happiness we get by serving sherbet is the greatest for us.
