Prayagraj: During the Sadhana Week (02 April to 10 April 2026) Organised under iGOT Karmayogi Bharat, the divisions of North Central Railway delivered an Excellent performance in the National Learning Week, securing the first position at the national level. This achievement reaffirms the organization’s efficiency, commitment towards training, and leadership in human resource development.

Under this initiative, various divisions of North Central Railway ensured active participation and successfully facilitated employees in completing the prescribed 4-hour training course.

Jhansi Division secured the first position based on the percentage of participating employees, with 77.44% employees completing the 4-hour course, reflecting strong awareness and effective implementation of training programs. Prayagraj Division achieved the first position by ensuring maximum participation, with 15,347 employees completing the 4-hour course, showcasing exemplary large-scale training coordination and execution.

Thus, North Central Railway and Jhansi Division collectively demonstrated outstanding performance during the Sadhana Week, strengthening a culture of continuous learning and training excellence within the organization.

In recognition of this remarkable achievement, North Central Railway and Jhansi Division will be honored in a special Occassion on 17 April 2026, where their success will be acknowledged at the national level.
