Prayagraj: Stephen Singh, Chairman of the North India Synod Board of Education, submitted a representation to the Chief Development Officer, Prayagraj, complaining of serious irregularities at SHUATS, Naini, Prayagraj, and demanding the appointment of a receiver. It is worth noting that the Chief Development Officer, Prayagraj, is the chairperson of the six-member committee formed to investigate the irregularities at SHUATS. The petition demanded that a receiver be appointed immediately in light of alleged irregularities at SHUETS. They alleged that the Church of North India (CNI) and SHUETS had illegally taken over 13 institutions belonging to the United Church of North India (UCNI).
They stated that the Allahabad Agricultural Institute is a key institution of the North India Synod Board of Education, and that the society’s head office is located on the same campus, which has been closed by R.B. Lal. They also alleged, with evidence, that the SHUATS Society is a fake society, allegedly created by R.B. Lal through fraudulent collusion with the Assistant Registrar’s office. To conceal this fraud, Dr. R.B. Lal is preventing the renewal of the North India Synod Board of Education, resulting in the United Church of North India (UCNI) losing its legal right to claim its institutions. In their representation, they stated that they feared a threat to their life from Dr. R.B. Lal and demanded that the administration take necessary action.
