Divisional review meeting held
Prayagraj: The divisional meeting/review meeting of the Bharat Scouts and Guides Uttar Pradesh Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, was successfully concluded in a dignified and purposeful atmosphere in the District School Inspector’s auditorium. The meeting was chaired by District School Inspector Jitendra Singh. The meeting began with a prayer. After that, everyone introduced themselves.
The meeting was conducted by Sundaram Shukla, Assistant Regional Organization Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj. Discussions were held according to the agenda. In the meeting, officials from the Scout and Guide organizations of Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Fatehpur, and Kaushambi districts within the Prayagraj division participated and held in-depth and meaningful discussions on organizational and training goals for the year 2026-27. Various important agenda points were discussed to make Scout and Guide activities more effective, disciplined, and socially useful.
Special emphasis was laid on organising extensive social service camps, developing the spirit of service, discipline, leadership and patriotism among the youth and strengthening Scout-Guide activities at the school level. The officials present expressed their collective commitment to effectively implement the future plans of the organisation on the ground. The meeting concluded with the spirit of the basic mantra of the Scout and Guide organization “Service is Religion” and with the resolution of organizational unity and new energy.
