Prayagraj:  The holy religious festival of Muslims, Eidul Azha Bakrid, which is falling on 28 May 2026, in which All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen AIMIM, under the leadership of Metropolitan President Afsar Mahmood, submitted a memorandum to the Additional Municipal Commissioner on points related to some essential facilities for the festival, in which traders should be taken into confidence for bringing animals to the market, the administration should provide complete security to the animal vehicles. The movement of small and big cattle should be ensured. Wherever the cattle market is held, the Municipal Corporation should make arrangements for water tankers.

Alternative arrangements should be made for three days, including the cleaning of the slaughterhouse. In the name of development, the soil excavated for the sewer line in Kareli should be removed from the road. Water should be sprinkled on the soil to reduce pollution. All development work should be up to standard. The excavation work should be completed before the rains, and the road should be made fully passable.
