Prayagraj: In a remarkable milestone, St. Mary’s Convent Inter College successfully hosted its first-ever Intra-School Model United Nations Conference, SMUN 2026 on the 19th and 20th of May2026, providing young minds with a dynamic platform to engage in diplomacy, leadership, and global dialogue. The visionary initiative was undertaken under the guidance of the Principal, Rev. Sr.Lissy, whose dedication to holistic education transformed the conference into a meaningful and enriching experience. The event reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing responsible future leaders.

The conference commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony that introduced the five committees and emphasised the importance of dialogue, peace-building, and youth participation in global affairs. Throughout the sessions, delegates displayed remarkable poise and maturity while presenting resolutions, engaging in moderated caucuses, and defending their stances with conviction.
