Minority community is not the property of SP and Congress

Prayagraj: BJP Kashi region Minority Morcha minister Saiful Abbas held a meeting with BJP workers at the Circuit House. He said that on the strength of our workers, we have won the battle against darkness and made the lotus bloom, and because of this, the BJP and its allies are in power in 22 states today. And on the strength of our workers, we will achieve a hat-trick of victories in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly in 2027. He urged Minority Front workers to reach out to the minority community and discuss the work done by the BJP’s double-engine government and explain its benefits. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our government is working for the welfare of the people without any discrimination, with the motto of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.” He further said that the Congress, Samajwadi Party, and its allies consider the Muslim community merely their vote bank and use them as a means to gain power. But the minority community, the Muslim community, is not their property.
He said that today, under the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh, the rule of law prevails. But peace and tranquility is not maintained. Some people are trying to make political gains out of offering namaz on the road. They are trying to create a communal atmosphere within the state. He said that while according to Islamic teachings and Sharia, offering namaz on the road is considered “unpleasant.” This is because Islam strictly prohibits causing inconvenience to others. If offering namaz on the road blocks people’s way, causes traffic jams, or causes trouble to anyone, then it goes against the principles of Sharia.
He stated that the proper place to offer namaz is in a mosque, Eidgah, or home. He added that roads are designed solely for traffic, not for worship. He further stated that the teachings of Prophet Muhammad clearly state that one should not harm others in any way. If praying on the road blocks the way of common people, it is against the basic spirit of Islam.
