Prayagraj: Under the three-day program in the Civil Security Office premises, Prayagraj, a group yoga practice was conducted on the second day in which a large number of volunteers and personnel participated. In which the importance of various types of yoga exercises was explained by the Yoga instructor of AYUSH department, Arunesh Mitra, while giving practical demonstrations, which mainly included neck, shoulder and joint exercises, pranayama, anulom-vilom, bhramari, shalabhasana, tadasana etc. The welcome address was given by Chief Warden Anil Kumar. The importance of the program was highlighted by Deputy Controller Civil Security Neeraj Mishra. He explained the importance of yoga and the benefits of regular exercise and encouraged people to come in large numbers to the confluence on the occasion of 12th International Yoga Day, 21 June, at 6:00 am. The vote of thanks was given by Assistant Deputy Controller Rakesh Kumar Tiwari, in which mainly Anil Kumar, Neeraj Mishra, Rakesh Kumar Tiwari, Lalit Kumar Sonkar, Shri Krishna Tiwari, Mahendra Saxena, L.K. Ahirwar, Dukan ji, Ashish Bajpai, Ravi Shankar, Surendra Yadav, Poonam Gupta, Prabhat Maurya, Raman Kumar Jain etc. were participated by a large number of members and present personnel.
