Prayagraj: Various cultural programs were organized with great zeal and enthusiasm at Cantt High School, New Cantt, Prayagraj, on September 3, 2026, to mark the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami.
Events held on the occasion included a ‘Bal Krishna’ (Child Krishna) and Radha fancy dress competition, as well as dance performances depicting Shri Krishna and Radha. Students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their talent and creativity by donning captivating costumes representing figures such as Shri Krishna, Radha, Balarama, and Mother Yashoda.
The charming costumes and delightful performances by the young students captivated everyone. Through their dance performances, the students presented a beautiful glimpse into the life, love, devotion, and cultural heritage associated with Lord Krishna.
Extending his best wishes for Shri Krishna Janmashtami, the school Principal, Mr. Md. Ansar, remarked that such cultural programs play a vital role in fostering a sense of respect for Indian culture, traditions, and moral values among the students.
