Prayagraj: The Congress Party organized a Chaupal program in Chandauha. Speaking at the Chaupal, Congress Gangapar District President Ashfaq Ahmed, speaking on the theft of offerings at the Ayodhya Ram Temple, said that questions are being raised about the government’s role in this serious matter involving the faith of devotees. The theft of offerings worth millions and crores and the delay in taking action against those involved are eroding public trust. He said that the public is suffering from inflation, unemployment, and such corruption cases, but the government seems to be diverting public attention from these issues. The District President appealed to workers to spread Congress’s policies and principles to every village and individual. He said that only Congress can spread the message of peace, harmony, and brotherhood in the country and provide better governance to the people.
