Prayagraj: As part of the service week, the Lions Club Allahabad Sangam organized an Anganwadi service program today at the Anganwadi Center on Bailey Road, Prayagraj. Educational materials and nutrition were distributed to young children during the program.

This service program was organized by the club’s chartered president, Lion Ira Rishi Sethi. During the program, members distributed pencils, drawing books, pencil boxes, crisps, chips, biscuits, Frooti, ​​Real Juice, wafers, and food items such as halwa, khasta, dum aloo, sandwiches, and cakes to the children.

Among the seva material, pencils and kurkure were provided by Lion Pooja-Sanju Suhala, halwa, khasta, dum aloo, sandwich, cake and pencil box by Lion Ira-Rishi Sethi, chips and biscuits by Lion Sneha and late Dr. Sanjay Gupta, drawing book by Lion Indu-A.P. Singh, Frooti, ​​wafers and chips by Lion Juhi and Namdev Madhwani and Real juice by Lion Mahima-Mahesh Agarwal. The faces of the children lit up with joy after receiving the gifts. The children also recited beautiful poems on this occasion.

The senior members of the club blessed the children and wished them a bright future. On this occasion, Lion Ira Rishi Sethi, Lion Meenu Sushil Mehrotra, Lion Sanjay Srivastava, Lion Amit Mehrotra, Lion Manoj Kesharwani, Lion Shishir Kant, Lion Praveen Srivastava, Lion Shikha Abhilash Gupta, Lion Pooja Sachin Agarwal, Lion Sandhya Shyam Kesari, Lion Indu Singh, Lion Mahima Mahesh Agarwal and many other members were present.
