Prayagraj: Jai Shiv Sena Bharat National President Omkarnath Tripathi, while worshiping the Hindu Rashtra Jyoti Kalash at Pujyapad Vedarakshit Dharmaguru Trishul Bhagwan Temple Kotwaleshwar Baba Dham here today, said that India has been a country with Sanatan religion and culture since ancient times. Before the country got independence in 1947, the governance system continued under the rule of heretics for a long time (about 800 years). But after independence in 1947, the country got only political independence and on 6th December in 1992, the old structure of Shri Ram temple of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, Ayodhya was demolished by Shri Ram Kar Sevaks, which is a day of eternal pride. Now the Government of India has given permission for the construction of a new Shri Ram temple there after the order of the Supreme Court and now with public cooperation various religious organizations have built a new temple at the birthplace of Shri Ram. On behalf of Jai Shiv Sena, after the then Uttar Pradesh government opened fire on Karsevaks in 1990 and killed them in large numbers, Jai Shiv Sena organized Shri Ram Karsevak Hindu Hutatma Sammelan on October 30, November 1 and November 2, 1991. In which former Legislative Assembly Speaker Pt. Keshari Nath Tripathi (now late) and former MP Honorable Shyamacharan Gupta (now late) participated in the program and paid tribute to the martyrs. Tribute was paid to Shri Ram Kar Sevaks.

Jai Shiv Sena officials Anup Verma, Rajeev ‘Bunty’, Pandit Digambar Tripathi, Rajesh after the worship of Lord Vedrakshit Trishul. On the proposal of Kesarwani, Abhishek Thakur, Birju Sonkar, Santosh Agrahari, Abhilash Kesarwani, Sushil Jain, Shatrughan Jaiswal etc., a demand has been made from the national and state governments to declare December 6 as a national holiday.
