Appointment of independent admin raises hopes for transparent and fair resolution

Prayagraj: The Lucknow Diocesan Trust Association held a meeting on Sunday. Employee salary issues and irregularities committed by officials were discussed. Union President Sunil Kumar Verma strongly welcomed the recent decision by the Allahabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) regarding the Lucknow Diocesan Trust Association. The union described the decision as a historic and positive step for the future of the organization and the interests of its employees.

Addressing a gathering at the camp office on Sarojini Naidu Marg, Employees Union President Sunil Kumar Verma said, “The NCLT Court’s decision to appoint an independent administrator is highly commendable. This move will not only bring transparency to the organization’s day-to-day operations, but also raise hopes for a fair and timely resolution of various long-pending, sensitive employee issues.”

Clarifying the union’s position, Sunil Verma further stated that the employees’ union will provide all possible and full cooperation to the newly appointed administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization and protect the legitimate interests of all employees. Furthermore, the employees’ union strongly appeals to all parties involved in the matter to scrupulously comply with the legal order of the Honorable Tribunal (NCLT Court). The union also emphasized the need to fully safeguard the organization’s invaluable assets and important records so that the investigation and administrative processes are not hampered.
