In devotional atmosphere, Krishna and Baldau came out on artificial elephant, Radharani seated on chariot

Prayagraj: Rajapur’s historic Shri Krishna Dadhikando Fair was celebrated with great pomp on Saturday. As Radha Rani sat on the chariot and Shri Krishna and Balram were seated on the artificial elephant, the entire area was filled with devotion. Chants of “Jai Shri Krishna, Jai Balram” echoed throughout the area, and a large crowd gathered to see them.

The fair was inaugurated at Chandra Traders. Under the leadership of Fair Committee Chairman Ratan Chandra Kesarwani, Justice Prakash Padia, Justice Dr. Gautam Chaudhary, Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani, BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta, MLA Harsh Vardhan Bajpai, MLA Guru Prasad Maurya, and former MLA Anugrah Narayan Singh performed aarti and puja.

Business leader Satish Kesarwani, Katra Ramlila Committee President Sudhir Gupta, Kesarwani Samaj’s State President Tirthraj Gupta, along with several councillors and dignitaries were present during the event. Fair coordinator Sanjeev Gupta welcomed all the guests. Attractive tableaux based on Krishna Leela from various organizations, including Kesarwani Vaishya Sabha and Rajapur Vyapar Mandal, were displayed at the fair. The entire area lit up in the evening with the colorful lights of 18 lighting committees.

The team was led by President Ratanchand Kesarwani, Treasurer Uttam Kumar Kesarwani, Vice President Pradeep Srivastava, Aishwarya Gupta, Gyanchand Kesarwani, Subhash Chand Kesarwani, Sangam Lal Kesarwani, Manish Kesarwani, Sunil Kesarwani Gangadin Jaiswal and a large number of committee officials were present.
