Rahul Chandra Ravi & Swati Pandey emerge winners

Prayagraj: A badminton competition was organized at the Regional Centre of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, Prayagraj. The Centre’s Academic Director, Professor Akhilesh Kumar Dubey, inaugurated the badminton competition. The friendly match of the badminton competition was held between Dr. Supriya Pathak and Dr. Avantika Shukla, Associate Professors of the Department of Women’s Studies. The badminton competition was coordinated by Dr. Avantika Shukla and Dr. Akhtar Alam. In the badminton competition, Rahul Chandra Ravi from the MA Film Studies Department was the winner in the boys’ category, and Shivanand Shastri was the runner-up. In the girls’ category, Swati Pandey from BA Political Science was the winner, and Pragya Bharti from the MA Mass Communication Department was the runner-up.

Teachers and staff participated in these competitions. On this occasion, the Academic Director of the Centre, Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Dubey, while wishing all the participants, told the students to remain physically fit, mentally strong and emotionally balanced, as this would strengthen the spirit of sportsmanship. Dr. Chandra Mani played the role of judge in this game. On this occasion, apart from Sports Incharge Dr. Harpreet Kaur and Dr. Satyaveer, Dr. Mithilesh Tiwari, Dr. Surabhi Viplav, Pragya Bharti, Ajay Kumar, Sandeep Saroj, Swati Pandey, Rushika Nidhi, Ishant Singh, Kaushlendra Sahu, Luv Sahu, Vikram Aditya, Rahul Chandra Ravi, Jyoti Atraulia Singh and many other students participated enthusiastically.
