Phulpur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day. A grand program of mass yoga practice was organized at R. Krishnan Stadium IFFCO Ghiyanagar Phulpur. This program was organized in collaboration with Art of Living, Prayagraj. Officers, employees, their families and a large number of women participated enthusiastically in the program.

The participants practiced various yogasanas, pranayama and meditation under the direction of yoga instructor Samvit Mishra of Art of Living, Prayagraj. Highlighting the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, he said regular yoga practice is the key to a healthy and stress-free life.

In the program, IFFCO Phulpur team was led by Sanjay Bhandari, Senior General Manager (Production) . On this occasion, General Manager P.K. Patel and Arun Kumar, Joint General Manager Shailesh Sherkar, Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, Ashish Kumar, HOD Human Resource Shambhu Shekhar, General Secretary of IFFCO Officers Association Swayam Prakash, Security Head Colonel G. S. Sengar along with D.K. Shukla, Kapildev, C.B. Singh, P.C. Mishra, Balwant Yadav and Manik Chandra participated actively.

The participants present in the program practiced yoga with full enthusiasm and discipline and resolved to make yoga a part of their daily routine. The active and notable participation of women was a special attraction of the program, which demonstrated the increasing awareness towards health and yoga in the society.

Senior officers present on this occasion described Yoga as an ancient and invaluable heritage of India and called upon all the employees and their families to adopt Yoga regularly. He said that yoga is the basis of a healthy body, calm mind and positive lifestyle. The program ended with the message of healthy life, mental balance and social awareness. All the participants took a pledge to spread the importance of yoga to everyone and practice yoga regularly.
