In grand yoga practice organized by Agarwal Yuva Mandal, youth, women and eminent citizens take pledge for healthy life

Prayagraj: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Agrawal Yuva Mandal, Prayagraj, organized a grand yoga program at the historic Khusro Bagh. Youth, women, and prominent citizens enthusiastically participated in the program, pledging to live a healthy, positive, and balanced life through yoga.
The program was conducted under the able guidance of renowned yoga teachers Acharya Rajshree Mishra and Lakshmi Mishra. They led the gathering in various yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation techniques and elaborated on the importance of regular yoga.
Addressing the event, Abhinav Agarwal, President of Agarwal Yuva Mandal, said, “Yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture. It is not only a means of physical health, but also of mental and spiritual balance. Every person should adopt yoga in their daily lives.”
On this occasion, Senior Vice President of Agarwal Yuva Mandal Ashutosh Goyal, General Secretary Vaibhav Goyal, Minister Ankit Agarwal, Convener Organization Minister Rahul Agarwal, Vice President Tushar Gupta, Minister Saurabh Agarwal, Gaurav Agarwal, Arpit Agarwal and Media Incharge Manish Garg along with all the office bearers and members of the Mandal were present and made the program successful.
The program received special support from the Shri Agrasen Agarwal Samaj, Prayagraj. Senior Vice President Manoj Agarwal, General Secretary Abhishek Mittal, Office Incharge Ankit Agarwal, Vice President Harishchandra Agarwal (Billu Bhaiya), Rakesh Agarwal, Ashish Agarwal, Harshit Agarwal, Ashish Goyal, and Adesh Goyal praised the program and called it an inspiring initiative to raise health awareness in the community.
On behalf of Agarwal Mahila Mandal, President Mona Agarwal, General Secretary Nandita Agarwal, Shweta Poddar, Priyanka Agarwal and Anita Agarwal participated in yoga practice and inspired women to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
On the other hand, from Agarwal Yuva Mahila Mandal, Prayagraj, Senior Vice President Dr. Vineeta Agarwal, General Secretary Dr. Kirti Agarwal, Treasurer Deepti Gupta, Vice President Akanksha Agarwal, Minister Yesha Goyal, Reema Agarwal, Anamika Agarwal, Shalini Agarwal, Swati Agarwal and Pooja Agarwal participated enthusiastically and pledged to spread the message of yoga, health and positive lifestyle to the people.
The program also received special support and guidance from Dr. B.B. Agarwal, senior physician of Srijan Hospital, for which the Agarwal Yuva Mandal expressed its gratitude.
