Prayagraj: On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, a mass yoga program was organized on Sunday at the Barsana branch of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Kalindinagar, Prayag South.
District Pracharak Ankit, Division Co-Incharge Virendra, Co-City Incharge Manoj, City Incharge Arvind, Barsana Branch Incharge Dinesh, and Chief Teacher Rammurat, along with numerous volunteers, enthusiastically participated in the program. A large number of women were also present. Under the guidance of yoga teacher Vishnu, with the assistance of Suresh Tiwari, Pawan, and Vivek Pandey, all attendees were taught asanas and pranayama, including Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Kapalabhati, and Anulom-Vilom, as part of the Common Yoga Protocol. District Pracharak Ankit, in his address, stated that yoga is an ancient Indian discipline that keeps the body healthy and the mind calm. Only through regular yoga can a healthy individual, a healthy society, and a strong nation be created. The program concluded with the Shanti Mantra, the Sangh prayer, and the flag salute.
