Religious rock band organized in premises of Someshwar Mahadev Temple

Devotees danced to songs and verses of Lord Shiva

Prayagraj: The holy month of Saavan is celebrated in the country. There is an echo of Har Har Mahadev everywhere. On one side, where Kawariyas are reaching Shivalaya, on the other side common devotees are also engaged in worshiping Lord Shiva. In such a situation, people of all religions of Sangam city Prayagraj have set a unique example.  People belonging to Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian religions have formed a Mahadev Army. The objective of Mahadev Army is to maintain mutual harmony in the society. Keeping this objective in mind, a religious rock band was organized by Mahadev Army in the premises of Someshwar Mahadev Temple.

The only purpose of organizing religious broadband is that the youth should be inclined towards spirituality and understand the importance of the month of Sawan. Arif Khan and Saurabh Yadav of Mahadev Army say that this year in the month of Sawan, a famous rock band of religious Shiv songs has been called, so that the youth who are moving towards western culture can be stopped and connected with religious spirituality. The program started at 6 pm. In which the rock band from Banaras sang many songs of Lord Shiva. The devotees got excited by the tune of the songs and the sound of the rock band. Chanting of Har Har Mahadev started in the entire temple premises.

The local people expressed their gratitude to all the members of Mahadev Army because with such an event the entire area was in devotion. Even the thunder of clouds and light rain drops did not become a hindrance and the devotees enjoyed listening to the songs of Mahadev by the rock band after visiting the temple. A large number of people were present in the event held under the open sky. People of Mahadev Army say that similar religious events will continue to be held in future also because people of all religions joining together is their strength. After the program, people who have created their own separate and clean identity in the society were also honoured.
