Prayagraj: 54^th Foundation Day of Church of North India (CNI) to be celebrated with great pomp on Friday at the historic All Saints Cathedral Church (Stone Church) for which all preparations have been completed. Giving information, Sunil Verma, media in-charge of Lucknow Diocese, said that this year a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the Christian members regarding the foundation day of CNI. He told reporters that special arrangements are being made for the decoration of the church and for the coming guests. With this, the Christmas festival also begins. Sunil Verma told that like every year on Saturday, this year also a program of Bishop Deen Dayal Memorial Carol Competition has been organized, in which choirs of all churches and schools will participate, for which entries have been sent and teachers in schools have participated in the competition. Preparations have also started. Bishop Morris Edgar Dan of Diocese of Lucknow will be the chief guest in both the programs. In this series, Candle Light Service has been organized in Holy Trinity Church on December 1 and also Candle Light Service and Carol Competition has been organized in other churches on different days.
