Chief Minister formed ‘Team-11’ for flood relief Nandi has been given responsibility of three districts
Prayagraj: Taking the flood situation seriously, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has formed a special ‘Team-11’ of his ministers for relief and rescue operations. This includes Uttar Pradesh government’s Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi. He has been given the responsibility of Mirzapur and Banda districts along with Prayagraj. Minister Nandi will monitor the relief operations in the flood-affected districts and ensure that no victim is deprived of help. This is the time to work with sensitivity, promptness and transparency. The state government will fulfill the responsibility of every citizen’s safety, food, shelter and health with full commitment. The Chief Minister has instructed everyone not to show any negligence or laxity at any level in the relief operations.
Minister Nandi will soon visit the flood-affected districts decided by the Chief Minister, inspect the relief camps and review the ground situation by establishing direct communication with the affected families. He will also ensure that all senior officers including DM, SP, CMO of the districts remain in the field and keep the 24×7 monitoring system active.
