Prayagraj: The City Congress Committee has expressed happiness amidst the appointment of former union minister Salman Khurshid as a head of the Foreign Affairs Department. A meeting of the party office bearers held with City president Fuzail Hashmi at party office, this afternoon , they extended gratitude to the AICC president Mallikarjun khadge for providing new responsibility to  Khurshid apponts him after senior leader Anand Sharma resigned. Khursid who served as the minister of law justice and external affairs previous Congress led UPA Government.
