Prayagraj: Doctors at Motilal Nehru Medical College’s Swaroop Rani Nehru Chikitsalaya (SRN) have achieved a major success. 71 kidney stones were removed from the kidney of 68-year-old Hanif Khan, a resident of Banda district, in a single operation. The patient, who was suffering from severe pain and urinary problems for a long time, was examined and found to have a lot of stones in both his kidneys. By performing the operation on time, the doctors kept his kidneys safe and provided relief to the patient.

This complex operation was conducted under the leadership of Urology Department Head Prof. Dr. Dilip Chaurasia. The team included doctors Dr. Shirish Mishra, Dr. Deepak Gupta and Dr. Adarsh.
