Prayagraj: Thursday evening rose to a crescendo of excitement as vibrant cultural performances and enthusiastic applause filled the air as Fresher programme Glitz & Glam Gala organized by Department of Food, Nutrition and Public Health, NAI, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj.

The Fresher 2025 organized, in order to welcome new batch of students of B.Sc and M.Sc disciplines. The day was filled with the charisma and fervor of young talents that resulted in a sudden resumption to fullness of campus life.

Satakshi Singh and Hrishikesh Roy were crowned as Mr. and Miss Fresher 2025 of B.Sc while Gareema won the title of Miss Fresher in M.Sc discipline. Prof. (Dr.) Biswarup Meherq, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Administration), SHUATS graced this occasion as the chief guest and addressed the gathering with his words of wisdom. He motivated the students to carry on the great legacy of the institute further forward. Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Prakash Dubey, Pro Vice Chancellor (PMD) along with faculty members Prof Neeru Bala, Prof Verginia Paul, Dr. Alka Gupta, Dr. Neha Mishra marked the occasion with their esteemed presence and able supervision. The event was organized with a vision to provide a platform for students to exhibit their cultural prowess.
