Prayagraj: A national kavi sammelan was organized on Wednesday at Rajarshi Tandon Mahila Mahavidyalaya (RTMM), constituent Allahabad University, under the Rashtrabhasha Hindi week. The presence of respected poets present in the kavi sammelan, Dr. Shlesh Gautam, well-known poet and stage director Prayagraj, Abhijeet Mishra, well-known young poet Rae Bareli, Nazar Pandey, famous humor poet Prayagraj, Misbah Allahabadi, young poetess Prayagraj, Jai Awasthi, young poet Chitrakoot, made the sammelan meaningful. First of all, the respected poets, Principal Professor Ranjana Tripathi, Coordinator Professor Neelima Singh lit the lamp and garlanded the photographs of Maa Saraswati and Hindi Sevan Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon ji. The kavi sammelan was chaired by Shri Nazar Pandey and conducted by Dr. Shlesh Gautam.
In the National Kavi Sammelan organized under the Rajbhasha Week, Professor of Law, Shlesh Gautam Ji, on the auspicious occasion of Rajbhasha Week, highlighted the importance of Hindi language through the poem “Hindi is the land of emotions of the language” and presented his poem on women’s pride, the evil of a true companion and brotherly love.
In the programme, Jai Awasthi, through his poetry, praised patriotism and heroism of Mother India and strongly attacked the traitors. Misbah Allahwadi highlighted the dignity of Hindi language and the dignity of women power through the poem “Main Hindi ki Deewani Hoon”. In the program, humor and satire poet Nazar Pandey ji mesmerized everyone through his satire and humor presentation “Aur Ka” and “Patni Se Dar” and “Bharat Bhasha Main Hindi Hoon” and poem on the importance of daughters.
Abhijeet Mishra presented heroism, patriotism, love for the country and martyred soldiers through his powerful and inspiring poem “Meri Kavita Hindustan Ki Kank Kan Likhe Wala Hai”. Principal Professor Ranjana Tripathi welcomed the guests and the convener of the Kavi Sammelan Professor Neelima Singh expressed her gratitude. The program was conducted by Dr. Varsha Agarwal. A large number of listeners including teachers, students, researchers of the college were present in the Kavi Sammelan.
