Prayagraj: Irshad Ullah, a resident of Bahadurganj, Prayagraj, has been approved by the Chairman of Minority Department of All India Congress Committee (AICC), Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Shri Imran Pratapgarhi ji to appoint Irshad Ullah as Election Observer of Katihar Assembly (68) for Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 with immediate effect. This appointment is an important step towards strengthening the party’s preparations in view of the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar.

On this occasion, many leaders including Bihar in-charge Shamim Khan along with National Secretary Parvez Akhtar Ansari, MP Ujjwal Raman Singh ji, former MLA Anurag Narayan Singh, Pradeep Mishra Anshum, Mohammad Irfan, Anoop Singh, Taslimuddin, Gullu Gandhi, Mohammad Aslam, Abdul Kalam Azad, and Vinay Pandey congratulated Irshad Ullah.
