Prayagraj: Afsar Ali, a police constable resident of Pratapgarh, who is on duty at the Magh Mela, was hit by an unknown vehicle while he was walking on the road, due to which he suffered serious injuries. He is admitted in Swaroop Rani Medical Hospital. He says that someone hit him with the intention of killing him.
