Prayagraj: A grand and dignified blanket and jacket distribution ceremony was organized at Rajarshi Tandon Seva Kendra, Bank Road, Prayagraj, by “Anam Sneh” and All India Women’s Branch, Prayagraj, in collaboration with Lok Sevak Mandal, an organization dedicated to social concerns. In this service organized in view of the severe cold, blankets and jackets were provided to the needy as well as the disabled, due to which a glimpse of satisfaction and relief was visible on the faces of the beneficiaries.

The program was presided over by senior advocate, former additional standing counsel Subhash Rathi. It was inaugurated with the impressive poetry and songs of senior poet Javed Siddiqui, which made the entire atmosphere sensitive and inspiring. In the function, many dignitaries including President of All India Mahila Parishad Prayagraj, Rachna Agarwal, members Maya Dwivedi, Rashmi, Rakesh Banodha, Shrinarayan Yadav, employee leader Ravi Shankar Mishra and Phoolchand Yadav expressed their views and appreciated this service work. The program was efficiently and systematically conducted by Brahma Prakash Tiwari, Secretary, Lok Sevak Mandal.

On this occasion, President of Padma Women’s Rights Organization, Manju Pathak, Madhu, Anuradha, Preeti Tiwari, Mamta Yadav, Anju Jaiswal, Priya Rawat, Anant Kumar Chaudhary, Advocate Kushal, Sajid, Kapil Tripathi, Deep Chand Yadav, along with a large number of social workers and local citizens were present. The blankets and jackets were distributed by Shrinarayan, coordinator of Anaam Sneh, in collaboration with the Lok Sevak Mandal. Speakers said that such events strengthen the spirit of service, compassion, and harmony in society and convey the message of social responsibility towards the disabled.
