Prayagraj: An important meeting of Anaam Sneh Parivar was held today on January 15 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti festival in the premises of Rajarshi Tandon Seva Kendra, Bank Road, under the chairmanship of senior advocate Mrs. Subhash Rathi. It was unanimously decided in the meeting that like previous years, this year too the 19th Divyangjan Swabhiman Samman, Rehabilitation and Mass Marriage Ceremony will be organized in a grand manner. Giving information, coordinator of Anaam Sneh, Mr. Narayan Yadav said that this historical function has been confirmed to be organized on 27 and 28 February 2026. He said that this event is a continuous effort of Anaam Sneh Parivar towards the honor, self-respect and social rehabilitation of the Divyangjan.
Lok Sevak Mandal Secretary Mr. Brahmaprakash Tiwari stated that 11 couples have been finalized for this year’s mass wedding, including a Muslim couple, who will set a powerful example of social harmony and brotherhood. Employee leader/media in-charge Ravi Shankar Mishra also shared the above information, stating that seven individuals from various parts of the country who have made significant contributions to the field of disability will be honored with the Disabled Self-Respect Award. Present at the meeting were Ravi Shankar Mishra, media in-charge and employee leader of Anaam Sneh Parivar, senior social worker Ghanshyam Master, Ms. Anuradha, Mrs. Madhu, Mamta Yadav, Nisha Gupta, Raghuveer, Seema, Sulochana, Priya, Padma, Srijan, Shobha, Draupadi, Ganga Devi, and many other dignitaries. At the end of the meeting, everyone resolved to work together to make the event historic and successful.
