Prayagraj: Renowned homeopathic physician Dr. Arpan Dhar Dubey formally assumed charge as the President of the City Congress Medical department. In a grand ceremony organized by the City Congress Committee at the party office, Jawahar Square, under the Presidentship of City President Fuzail Hashmi, Dubey was handed over the appointment letter issued by the State President of the Medical department, Dr. Azad Beg.

Dr. Dubey assured that he would discharge the new responsibility entrusted to him by the party leadership with complete dedication and sincerity. He stated that through the Medical department efforts would be made to provide better health services and awareness campaigns to the general public. Dr. Dubey also serving as the District Governor of Lions Club.

The programme was conducted by former spokesman of the UP Congress Committee, Kishore Varshney, Harikesh Tripathi, Parvez Siddiqui, Anoop Tripathi, Afrooz Ahmad, Pradeep Dwivedi, Dr. S.K.
