Prayagraj: On the seventh day of the ongoing Navratri festival at the Maa Kalyani Devi Temple, at 5 a.m., General Secretary Pandit Shyam Ji Pathak performed the Mangala Aarti of Maa Kalyani and invoked Mata Kalratri. By 2 p.m., a large crowd of devotees lined up in the temple premises to have darshan and worship the mother. After the darshan and worship, devotees performed ear-piercing and tonsure ceremonies for their children.
And participated in the Durga Saptashati Path and Shatchandi Mahayagya going on in the temple premises and at 6 in the evening the door of Maa Kalyani Devi’s decoration darshan was opened for the devotees and Maa Kalyani gave darshan to the devotees in the form of Kaalratri with a Khadak in her hands and a garland of skulls around her neck and riding on Lord Shiva in her divine form. After getting the darshan of Maa’s supernatural decoration, the devotees, drenched in the joy of devotion, kept on chanting loudly the name of Kaal Maharani Kali and the entire Kalyani Devi Dham resounded with the chants of Maa. Maa’s Maha Aarti at 7 in the evening and midnight Shayan Aarti at 12:30 were duly performed by the President Pandit Sushil Kumar Pathak ji and he told that on Thursday, on the Maha Ashtami date of Navratri, Maa Kalyani Devi will be adorned in the form of Mata Mahagauri. The entire decoration of the Mother will be done with gold ornaments and flowers, fruits and nuts. Fair’s management president Sushil Kumar Pathak, general secretary Shyam ji Pathak, coordinator Anil Pathak, Yagyacharya Santoshananda Maharaj, Dilip Pathak, hundreds of volunteers and police personnel were deployed.
On this occasion, Shri Ram Katha was organised by Shri Navsamvatsar Manas Samiti under Maa Kalyani Devi Temple Dham.
On the seventh day, while narrating the story to the devotees, Katha Vyas Dr Aniruddha Ji Maharaj, while narrating the episode of Lanka Kand, while describing the Dharma Rath of the dialogue between Lord Shri Ram and Vibhishan Ji, said that the living being will achieve victory only when he is on the Dharma Rath of life and that chariot should have two wheels of bravery and patience and four horses of strength, discretion, restraint and charity and there should be rope and flag of mercy, forgiveness and truthfulness and the charioteer of that chariot should be knowledgeable who can help the living being break the vicious circle of life and successfully take him to the goal of supreme power.
The Katha was conducted by spokesperson Omkar Nath Tripathi and he informed that on the occasion of Ram Navami, on March 27 at 12:00 noon, the committee will organize Shri Ram Janmotsav and Prasad distribution with great pomp.
On this occasion, hundreds of devotees including Pandit Krishna Kumar Pathak, General Secretary Subodh Khanna, Shivbabu Tripathi, Rajesh Kesarwani, Manoj Tandon, Kunwar Ji Tandon, Raju Yadav performed Aarti.
