Prayagraj: Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Anil Shastri has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Puran Chand Joshi, husband of former Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President and Ex. MP Dr. Rita Bahuguna Joshi. Shastri conveyed his heartfelt condolences to Dr. Joshi over the phone  from New Delhi and said that the late Puran Chand Joshi was a very warm, affable, and well-mannered person. He added that apart from sharing family ties, he also had a close personal relationship with him. His passing is a personal loss to the Shastri family.
