Prayagraj: The services of Archbishop Timothy, temporary office assistant in the Bishop’s Office of the Diocese of Lucknow (CNI), have been terminated with immediate effect. Bishop Rt. Rev. Morris Edgar Dan issued an official letter confirming the termination. The reason for the termination is as follows: Archie Timothy has been accused of several criminal activities, including being the main accused in the Dr. Swati Sarkar murder case, robbery, and rape in 1999. He is also being claimed to be the mastermind of the recent attack on Prayagraj lawyer Rajneesh Singh on Wednesday, where unidentified assailants opened fire from a Thar car.: The letter, addressed to the Bishop’s office at M.G. Marg, Prayagraj, announced the end of his temporary/contractual services. The Bishop thanked him for his contributions during his tenure, but considered the matter serious and took this step. This decision, taken under the CNI, is effective immediately.
