Prayagraj. The District Executive Meeting of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Uttar Pradesh, was held in the auditorium of the District School Inspector’s office under the chairmanship of District Chief Commissioner/District School Inspector P.N. Singh. The meeting was conducted by District Secretary Dr. P.P. Singh. The meeting began with a prayer and introductions. Assistant District Secretary Piyush Kumar Singh, ALT Scout, welcomed District Chief Commissioner P.N. Singh with a scarf and Firoz Alam presented a bouquet. District Secretary Dr. P.P. Singh welcomed District Commissioner Scouts/District Basic Education Officer Prayagraj Anil Kumar with a scarf and a bouquet from District Secretary Dr. P.P. Singh. Assistant Regional Organization Commissioner Prayagraj Division Prayagraj presented a bouquet. Assistant Regional Organization Commissioner Sundaram Shukla was welcomed by the District Secretary. Similarly, the District Commissioner Guides and all Tehsil Commissioner Scouts and Guides were welcomed with scarves and badges. The meeting began with a prayer, followed by introductions. The previous proceedings were confirmed and read out. Discussions were held on registration/renewal (non CBSE/ CBSE), contribution of 10 percent, achievement in relation to organisational/training Lakshmi provided by the state headquarters in the year 2025-26, progressive training (adult/boys programme), action plan for achieving targets for the year 2026-27, introductory course, participation in adventure activities/nature study and trekking courses, status of training in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls Schools, status of Scout Bhawan, district rally, one district one activity, registration for Prime Minister Shield competition, action plan for the best district, etc.
District Chief Commissioner and District School Inspector P.N. Singh directed all the officials for 100% implementation of the target given by the state, and also directed to prepare an action plan for cooperation of pilgrims and crowd control in Magh Mela organized every year in the district under One District One Activity. District Commissioner Scout and District Basic Education Officer Anil Kumar motivated for formation of teams in recognized schools and for getting lifetime membership to connect people with Bharat Scout Guide Organization. Assistant Regional Organization Commissioner Sundaram Shukla talked about preparing a plan to get the district the first position in the state. Treasurer B.S. Yadav presented the details of income and expenditure. Co-District School Inspector Jitendra Singh, District Commissioner Guide Dr. Sarita Verma, District Headquarters Commissioner Scout Guide Dr. Santosh Singh and Akanksha Kesari, District Commissioner Adult Resource Dr. Dilip Kumar Awasthi, Assistant Commissioner Suyog Pandey, Niranjan Singh, District Organization Commissioner Scout Guide Ved Prakash Bhagat Meera Singh, Leader Trainer Dr. Shashi Jaiswal, Dr. Nasreen Rizvi, Alpha Gunjan Das etc. members were present in the meeting.
