Prayagraj: Taking an important initiative towards building a clean and modern Prayagraj, HDFC Bank Prayagraj, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, provided Trommel Machine and Ballistic Separator Machine to Prayagraj Municipal Corporation. The objective of these state-of-the-art machines is to make the solid waste management system of the Municipal Corporation more effective, systematic and technically strong. Municipal Commissioner Shri Seelam Sai Teja, Additional Municipal Commissioner Shri Deependra Yadav, Assistant Municipal Commissioner Ms. Deepshikha Pandey, CFO Municipal Corporation Shri Rajkumar Sharma and all the zonal officers of the Municipal Corporation were present in the program organized on this occasion.

On behalf of HDFC Bank, under the guidance of Zonal Officer Mr. Prabhat Upadhyay, Cluster Head Mr. Santosh Singh, Branch Manager Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh and Mr. Amit Kumar Singh participated in the program.

During the program, officials were given detailed information about the functionality and utility of the trommel machine and the ballistic separator machine. The trommel machine will separate waste into different sizes and categories, making the separation of wet and dry waste easier and faster. The ballistic separator machine will help separate plastic, paper, and other solid waste, accelerating the recycling process and ensuring better resource utilization.

Municipal Corporation officials stated that the use of these modern machines will further strengthen the city’s sanitation system and promote environmental protection. Furthermore, this initiative will play a vital role in achieving the goal of a clean Prayagraj. Officials and public representatives present at the event praised HDFC Bank’s CSR initiative, calling it a commendable step towards making the city clean, beautiful, and environmentally friendly with the cooperation of the Municipal Corporation and private institutions.
