Prayagraj:Hindi is not only a medium of communication, but also a powerful expression of our culture, thoughts, and emotions. To convey this importance of the Hindi language to students and to foster respect and awareness for Hindi in them, various educational and creative activities were organized at Vicker Public Junior High School on the occasion of Hindi Day.

The program began with a morning prayer meeting, where a special message from Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh on the occasion of Hindi Diwas was read to students and teachers. In his message, he highlighted the importance of the Hindi language, its rich tradition, and its contribution to national unity.

After the prayer meeting, students in all classes were sworn in to make maximum use of the Hindi language, maintain its respect and promote it. The second phase of the day included a poster-making competition for students in the primary and junior classes. Using their creativity and art, students created engaging and thought-provoking posters on topics such as the importance of Hindi, “Our Language – Our Pride,” and “Hindi – The Pride of the Nation.”

The Principal of the school, Mr. V.D. Shukla, while praising the efforts of the students, said that it is the moral duty of all of us to respect our mother tongue and official language.
