Prayagraj: Around 45 revenue inspectors unanimously appointed eight office bearers in the biennial elections of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Inspectors Association in Sadar Tehsil Auditorium, Prayagraj. Lalji Pathak became the unopposed president.

Om Prakash Yadav first proposed Lalji Pathak’s name for the post of President, which was supported by all the State Inspectors, including Manoj Tiwari. Vijaykant Pandey for the post of Senior Vice President, Gyan Prakash Gautam for Junior Vice President, Inspector Pal for District Minister, Om Prakash Yadav for District Deputy Minister, Prabhakant for Auditor, Sangam Lal Shukla for Treasurer, and Dr. Ramashankar Shukla for District Organization Minister. All were unanimously nominated as office bearers. The election was conducted efficiently under the supervision of Manish Pathak, State Organization Minister (Central Zone). On this occasion, newly elected District President Lalji Pathak stated that Revenue Inspectors are currently burdened by the additional workload. Additional workloads in the district include increased pressure on share assessments, the need to satisfy complainants in the name of consent in a false IGRS, and the pressure to prioritize other departments’ work. The organization will make efforts to reduce this burden by informing higher officials.
