Prayagraj: A teacher-parent meeting was held on Tuesday at the Primary School, Neebi, Chaka (city zone 2). The meeting, chaired by School Management Committee President Reena Devi, was attended by Councilor Geeta Devi, Headmaster Vishnu Kumar Mishra, Assistant Teacher Gayatri Pal, and Shiksha Mitra Geeta Gautam, along with parents and committee members.

During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on improving the school’s educational quality and children’s learning levels, as well as on students’ regular attendance. Parents were urged to send their children to school regularly and also pay attention to their studies at home.

The state of school campus cleanliness, drinking water, and other basic amenities was also discussed. Emphasis was also placed on ensuring the quality and cleanliness of midday meals and providing children with food that meets prescribed standards.

The meeting also discussed the availability of necessary physical and teaching resources in the school, and the provision of uniforms and necessary educational materials from the funds received by students. Parents raised various school-related problems and suggestions.

Principal Vishnu Kumar Mishra stated that the joint role of teachers, parents, and the school management committee is crucial in strengthening the school’s educational system. The meeting agreed on collective cooperation for the overall development of children and continuous improvement of school facilities. The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere.
