Prayagraj: Congress workers staged a strong protest against the Chief Election Commissioner at the Civil Lines church today. Led by senior Congress leader Irshad Ullah, they expressed their anger by burning a poster of the Chief Election Commissioner. During the protest, Congress workers accused the Chief Election Commissioner of not being impartial in the election process. The workers chanted, “Gyanendra Kumar resign,” “Down with Gyanendra Kumar,” and “Dismiss Gyanendra Kumar.” Congressmen were present at the scene.
