This training camp began at the Regional Training Center, Mumfordganj. The inauguration was conducted by the District Chief Commissioner/District School Inspector. Dr. Santosh Kumar Rai stated, “My aim is to advance Scouting and Guiding at the grassroots level, so that the objectives for children can be met.” Dr. P.P. Singh, District Secretary, stated that Scouts and Guides can play a vital role in meeting the challenges of the AI ​​era. The camp was being conducted by Mr. Vijay Sharma.
